This Privacy Policy explains how UJENGA PTY LTD (ACN 667 735 506, ABN 97 667 735 506) ("CaddiQ", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you use the CaddiQ mobile application, website at caddiq.com.au, and related services (the "Service").
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, additional rights under the GDPR apply where relevant.

- Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session duration, errors encountered (for debugging and improvement).
- Identifiers: a unique device identifier and an anonymised user identifier we generate.
We do not collect: location data, contacts, photos other than swing videos you explicitly record or upload, advertising identifiers, or biometric data outside swing analysis.
2. How we use your information

- To improve the Service: understand which features work, fix bugs, train and tune our analysis models (using anonymised, aggregated data only).
- To communicate with you: respond to support requests, send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmations, security alerts) and — only with your consent — product updates.
- To meet legal obligations: comply with Australian law, including responding to lawful requests from regulators.
3. AI and third-party processing
Swing analysis is performed by sending video frames to Anthropic's Claude vision models via the Anthropic API. By using CaddiQ you consent to this processing.
Anthropic processes the video data solely for the purpose of returning analysis results and, per Anthropic's API terms, does not retain or use your data to train their models. Anthropic's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
Other service providers we use:
- Cloud hosting: Amazon Web Services (Sydney region) for storage and backend services.
- App distribution: Apple App Store for iOS distribution and TestFlight for beta testing.
- Analytics: privacy-respecting product analytics; we do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
- Email: transactional email provider for account and support communications.
All third-party providers are bound by data-processing agreements requiring confidentiality, security, and use of your data only for the agreed purposes.
4. How we store and protect your information
- Personal information and swing videos are stored in Australia (AWS Sydney region) where possible.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- Access to personal data inside uJenga is limited to authorised personnel who need it to operate the Service.
